Bavarian dishes with a modern twist

A crisp crust, a creamy sauce, a crunchy salad – and then an enticing dessert: The menu at the Raitner Wirt offers everything that makes Alpine cuisine so unique, from a simple entree to a three-course meal.

For us, eating well means bringing fresh local ingredients to the table. That’s why you can expect seasonal dishes in our restaurant alongside year-round classics. And because we always want to do things a little better, we have carefully modernized the traditional. Of course, there are also vegan and vegetarian dishes on the menu.

The fondue

If you want to try something special, the fondue should be your choice

Cozy gathering in a special atmosphere – for two people or for a group. If you let us know at least one day in advance, we will prepare what you need for this classic: a fondue pot with a savory broth, meat or vegetables to cook yourself, as well as side dishes, salads and sauces. When you’re ready, we’ll serve you the flavored broth with accompamiments. Then a sweet treat rounds out the evening.
